I really enjoyed reading your blog about foot ruts on today’s AMS Daily blog. Since the beginning of the year, I have committed to eating healthy. So far, so good. Your practice of making a big salad at the beginning of the week and doling out each day’s lunch is so simple and do-able. It seems obvious, yet escaped me! Thanks for sharing.
